BE A DARK HORSE
A dark horse is a previously less known person or thing that emerges to prominence in a situation, especially in a competition involving multiple rivals, or a contestant that on paper should be unlikely to succeed, but yet still might. I may fall victim to a situation beyond my control. There will be people more talented than I. While I may not succeed at every endeavor I take on, I will never quit on myself. No matter how difficult or how daunting the task, I will remind myself of the power of my potential. Regardless of the obstacle in front of me, I will give every undertaking every ounce of effort that I have. Knowing as long as I do this, I will emerge triumphant...a true dark horse.

Hello everyone! I'm Brandon Gainey, and I've been in and around a weight room for over 20 years. I've experienced peaks, valleys, and injuries. I've also been fortunate enough to compete at various events. I've learned that the biggest failure a person can make, is failing to realize their full potential. A dark horse is someone who isn't favored to win or succeed, yet somehow they manage to conquer. Maybe you don't think you can lose weight, become stronger and more athletic, or be able to move and feel better. I'm here to tell you that you can. And I'm offering to help get you there.
